We appraise single family residences (typical fees are $350-$400, but may vary), fha appraisals, small income properties, and vacant parcels of land for purchases, refinances, second mortgages, P.M.I. removal, employee relocation, estate settlement, divorce, bankruptcy and foreclosure.
